About William Lehman   President/Broker

Graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing). He began his real estate sales career in the title insurance industry.  In 1994, he earned his Real Estate license and got his start in the mortgage industry working as a residential loan consultant for Coast Federal Bank, Home Savings of America and Washington Mutual. 

In 2002, he incorporated Seascape Realty Services and has continued to assist his clients with all of their real estate needs.
